Intro: Welcome to The Daily Bolster. Each day we welcome transformational executives to share their real world experiences and practical advice about scaling yourself, your team, and your business.

Matt Blumberg: Welcome to The Daily Bolster. I'm Matt Blumberg, CEO of Bolster, and we are done with season one of The Daily Bolster. So I wanted to thank you for listening. I wanted to give you a couple quick thoughts as we wrap up the first season. Over the last 10 weeks, we've done about 50 episodes with founders, with CEOs, with investors, with executives and independent board members, and I have loved every minute of this. I hope you've gotten a lot of value out of it, but I've definitely noticed some really interesting themes. One is that no two founder stories are the same. There's some common themes, importance of communication, being thoughtful, being intentional, but every founder story is a little bit different. I've really enjoyed learning some of the practices and tricks and tips of some of my friends and colleagues who maybe I've known for a long time, but I've never actually worked alongside them, or it's been a long time in some cases. So I loved my conversation with Rory Verrett, who's one of my board members about how sometimes the CEO isn't the best person to do the culture or fit interview. I absolutely love my friend Fran Hauser's suggestion of making a to don't list as opposed to a to- do list. But there are lots of other great things. They found their way into season one. So if you haven't listened to all the episodes, you can find them at podcast. bolster. com where you can also sign up for our newsletter where you'd get an email every day with the episode and a poll quote from it. You can click to take a survey and give us feedback on it as well. You can always just email me feedback at matt @ bolster. com. And I wanted to say stay tuned for season two. So I am going to be busy this summer recording another 50 to maybe even 70 or 75 episodes. We will start running them right after Labor Day and run them through the end of the year. I'm looking forward to my next batch of guests. We're just scheduling those now and I just wanted to say thank you for listening and I hope everyone has a great summer. Bye- bye.
